Manuel Antonio (Costa Rica) - "Costa Rica Trail, La Transtica". This is a multi-day Trail race, with a prologue and 5 stages with refreshment and assistance points, night in bivouac (camps). It is declined in two distances from 71 mi / 117 km (Adventure Race) to 122mi / 200 km (Extreme Race). The main objective of the race is to discover the Costa Rica and its way of life and to share this experience with the locals through a sporting competition with humanitarian goals.
